We have partnered with Ad Jesum Per Mariam, a Catholic Lay Ministry lead by Reymond Lovendino in the Philippines to help distribute the relic cards to the faithful in the Philippines.  You can request a free card by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Important Notes for Domestic and International Requests:

Limit of two per request due to postal machinability standards and letter stamp weight maximums.  There are sent with first class letter postage.  There is no tracking.  International delivery can take several weeks depending on your local post office. 

 

Be sure to note which card you prefer.  If the particular card is not available another will be substituted.
