If you are international (outside of USA) and submitting a request for a relic prayer card, what you enter in the fields is used to address the envelope.

If you are inside the USA, please send us a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request if possible.  See instructions here.

We do not pull addresses from the message.  Missing house numbers or streets will result in failed delivery.  Please limited to 2 cards per person per year at this time.  Indicated which card you prefer.  List of relics in our care is here.
