If you are inside the USA, please send us a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with your request.  See instructions here.

If you are international (outside of USA) and submitting a request for a free relic prayer card, what you enter in the fields is used to address the envelope.  We do not pull addresses from the message field!  Missing house numbers or streets will result in failed delivery.  ONLY REQUEST FOR YOURSELF!  IP Addresses and other details are logged!  If fraudulent requests continue we will sadly need to stop this program. 

 

As we are covering the shipping cost, this must be limited to 2 cards per person per year.  Indicated which card you prefer.  List of relics in our care is here.

Please be sure to include details in the message box and ensure your email or phone is entered correctly.  We typically correspond via email given large number of messages we receive.
